Production

 
The entire production process of our films and slitted film tapes takes place in Siegsdorf. This guarantees us the maximum control and flexibility during manufacture and allows us to react to our customers demands with a maximum of efficiency and speed.
For the production of what are mostly very special types of film, state-of-the-art flat-die extrusion systems (with integrated monoaxially stretching unit) are used, as well as slitters with reel and cross winding.
As a result of its many years of experience in the sector of monoaxially stretched flat film, NOWOFOL has aquired a leading market position with various types of special film. To safeguard supply to our customers, however, and extend production capacities even further, a second independent operational facility was set up in Siegsdorf (site II).
