Joining tasks on industrial or private scale are increasingly solved by the adhesion tech-nique. Very efficiently bonding can be done by the use of double side adhesive tapes.

Our film qualities PP-TR for release liners pro-vide the right covering of double side adhesive tapes after they have been silicone coated on both sides. Due to the high stiffness and the high mechanical strength, these monoaxially oriented films can be handled very well in manual or mechanical operations.

The release liners are used as film stripes or as die-cut blank.

The example pallet goes from liners for self-adhesive closure of envelopes, bags, and car-tons over liners for the installation of sealing stripes and cable ducts up to the assembly tasks in mobile telephones or automobiles. With envelopes from cardboard and with small parcels the function of the release tape for the self-adhesive closure can be combined with that of the tear tape as an opening aid in only one tape from MOPP film.
