Polypropylene film for the Cable Industry

Film qualities/description:

• Monoaxially oriented, compacted Polypropylene film with extreme high tensile strength at 5% elongation
• Monoaxially oriented, foamed Polypropylene film with a closed cell structure and a low density of approx. 0,52 g/cm³.
• Non oriented, foamed and soft Polypropylene film with a closed cell structure and a low desity of approx. 0,65 g/cm³ - as a substitute for soft PVC films

Applications:
Insulating, separating, bundeling and padding of telecommunication, signal and power cables.

Thickness range:

• PP-compacted: 25 - 100 µm
• PP-foamed: 80 - 300 µm
• PP-foamed, soft, non oriented: 200 - 500 µm
